EAD and AP cases moved to Nebraska Service Center
Hello,
I applied for I-485 along with EAD and AP on April 17, 2025 with IOE (NBC). I checked with the api and found an update, checked with Emma and found that my EAD and AP cases have been moved to Nebraska. is that good news? are these applications moving forward?
i-485 got transferred to Vermont
Hi Everyone ,
So my Vawa got approved 6 months ago. My i485 application was transferred to my field office almost after 4 months . Yesterday i called Uscis and they told me my case is transferred back to Vermont without interview. I am really confused and scared. IS this happened to anyone? please help

hello everyone today was my interview and it got denied bc I was previously married. I took my green card from my first wife and then I submitted my app for removal and then for citizen they said they will send me a letter through the mail of what they need? did anyone go through this process plz let me know what happens what should I expect will I get another interview what will happen next thank you

Hello, has anyone here ever called USCIS three times because their case was delayed and they were given a 3-month wait to call back? The thing is, I called for the fourth time and this time they told me that USCIS was going to call me and they gave me the number where they would call me and a code number and that I would get a response from them in 72 hours. Has this happened to anyone else?

No update after responding to NOID
it’s approaching two months since I responded to the NOID they sent me and there as been no update to say they even received my response. I chat with a live agent couple days ago and they say my case was looked on last month, but if it was reviewed why wouldn’t they notify that evidence was received. I am so tired of this roller coaster feel they have been sitting on my case for far too long. The NOID was for lack of evidence but what’s crazy is that the previous RFE I sent in so much that they didn’t even outline in the NOID. they keeping losing the evidence.

it's my I-751 timeline. my case was taking over 800days. I was trying to send Email to Congressman/ representative by @C W's advice but I did not send it yet.
surprisingly got notice today and it said my card is being produced!

Waiting, waiting, waiting. You would think USCIS would grant faster timeline for decisions for VAWA applicants since their abvsers are current on US soil and can easily access them. Weird system but each their own lol. I knew about the wait time before I applied but damn… it gets hard sometimes and then the anxiety about if you’ll get approved or not gets to your head especially considering the current circumstances with so and so’s administration lol!!! NERVOUS! ANXIOUS!!!! lol

I-485J added to USCIS Portal after 7 months
I had submitted I-485J a long with I-485 in Dec 2024. my case was transferred to Non-local FO Santa ana on 10-June. after receiving an email saying action has been taken on my case, I can see that I-485J case was generated and added to portal.
is this normal? what does it mean?

I mean, for me, since last year it told me that it is actively reviewing and today it tells me the same message but with an updated date. Could you tell me if it means that it is close to approval or what it would be, and if it is close to approval, how many days or months did it take for it to be approved? saludos bendiciones a todos espero que se encuentren bien y que su proceso vaya de la mano de Dios🙏🏽queria preguntarle si a alguien de ustedes se le ah actualizado la fecha del i485 osea a mi desde el año pasado me decia revisando activamente y hoy me dice el mismo mensaje pero con fecha actulizada podrian decirme si significa que esta proximo a aprobar o que seria y si es proximo a aprobacion cuantos dias o meses les tardo para que lo aprobaran muchas gracias de ante mano

Hey all! I submitted my VAWA case Sept. 2022 but all I received was that my fees were waived and PF but nothing else since then.. I am now 1000 days in the process, am I supposed to received another notice or send something else out besides the Fees were waived notice?
I also saw they are approving January 2022 submissions, does that mean if I submitted mine September 2022 does that mean I am 8/9 months away?
