Any recent travel on Advance Parole?
Guys, I know that if you don’t have a criminal record, you can travel with Advance Parole. I’ve already traveled 5 times. Today I spoke with my attorney, and she said she strongly recommends not going. I don’t have any criminal background, I’ve never overstayed, and I’ve never had any unlawful status. I’ve had 5 AP approvals so far, and this time I’d be going for 10 days to work at a trade show.
Do you know of anyone who arrived at an airport and was denied entry with AP? If so, what happened next?

Real ID Application with Prima Facie Determination
I recently received a Prima Facie Determination notice from USCIS regarding my pending I-360 petition. However, I have not yet received my Employment Authorization Document (EAD) or Advance Parole (travel document).
I would like to confirm whether I can use this Prima Facie Determination letter, along with my passport and other required documents, to apply for a Real ID driver’s license or identification card?
And how long I can get my green card and combo card :(

Greetings ! On August 7th, I missed my interview because the lawyer told me that I had submitted a request for a reschedule interwiev because they had not added my husband to my case, now they already added my husband i application beacuse lawyer file the motion. Before that I did not go to the interview beacuse the request of the lawyer. After that, I received a notice failure to appear. After that I received a notice from USCIS, to file a request for a rescheduling within 45 days, which the lawyer had filed on August 26th and USCIS received it on September 2nd, but I have not received any update from USCIS yet. It has been 44 days. what should i do please give me your kind suggestions.
Can i get an update by calling USCIS ? there should be no issue later ? or Lawyer should contact them ? beacuse sometime lawyer is not picking up my calls.

Request of Initial Evidence for my step-child
I filed for my two kids. one my biological n the other my step-child, USCIS is requesting initial evidence for my step-child and a deadline was given for submission. My worry is do these evidence have to be submitted before they will look into the biological child application? secondly, do I have a chance to withdraw my step-child application because with the timeline I’m not able to submit all the documents? lastly, does USCIS approved all applications the same time if that was the same petitioner?
