E-request before 30days
I got approved on 1/20 and still haven’t had any update, it’s been 20days and I’m thinking of making an EFiling, has anyone done this before 30days, cus I honestly don’t want to wait 30days before realizing they’ve just left my case under some mountain of files…. May 2022 filer, received 2 PF so far, no EAD for over 1.5 years, 1 AP (expired in Nov 2023 but trying to renew)…
I’ve sent 3 case inquiries so far about my EAD and no responses…
I’m not sure what to do here :( I know trusting the process is important but wow I feel so trapped with everything just pending
advance parole separate from EAD

I received my advance parole as a document paper separate from ead . my ead says “Not valid for reentry “ but my advance parole document says “ I-512 L approved and can be used for travelling outside of the USA . anybody has experience using the separate ap document paper .#advanceparole #i-512
