I-485 Approval time (EB-5)
my i-526 got approved in early 2022, and we filed our i-485 in june 2022. The California service center is currently working on it. I have not heard anything from them since. What is the wait time looking like??

If you cannot wait, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

I’m commenting to follow your journey. I too am on the EB5 and my I-485 was filed June 2022 (still pending). My I-526 has been approved for several months now. Wishing both of us the best of luck, and let me know if you want to chat/ vent together!

It’s been 8 months since my I-526 is approved, still I-485 is pending. I-485 was concurrently filed in September 2022. I-526 was approved in May 2024.
