Has someone requested a expedited request due to urgent reasons? I learn that if you add a person with these reasons you cases may move faster (not talking about ukranians)
or you can send a letter to the USCIS explaining your urgent reason some people is helping to do it but they charge 2000 per each case am just curious to know if someone knows more or has done and succeed with it.

I 485 was rejected
Hello. I had rejected form I485 for unmarried child under 21 that currentlyin usa. I send requested evidence with new i485 1month ago and it's still didn't hear nothing from them. I do have prove that they received, as they signed when they received latter. Maybe anyone know how long do I need to wait untill they'll let me know if they rejected or processed. The i130 just got approved.

Hi everybody!
My second post here. My husband and I applied for CR1 on August 2022 and we’re still being processed by USCIS. « Your Case is Taking Longer Than Expected » is what we have on our USCIS dashboard for almost a year now. We’re exasperating but we know the process is long for everybody.
Anyone in a similar situation/timeline? Anyone who recently got approved? Just trying to sort some logical explanation about why we’re in this situation.
I’m welcoming any clues/potential solutions (except the letter to Congressman/Senator as we already wrote them and there’s nothing they can do as our enquiry date hasn’t been reached out yet).
