How accurate is USCIS? In MyUscis at My Progress I can see an estimated time for my case, this says that is just one week left but I sent my case since 22 days, is normal?

It's not accurate, I notice that the estimated time for my case changes during the weekend to show 1week and then changes to 2 months on Monday. it happens every time
