Hello - Guys i see there is an update of my case in Lawfully app but i cant able to see in egov portal. is there any bug in lawfully? anyone have similar issue?

Hi, I just received a notification about 30 mins ago, on here saying that there is an update on my case but when I open the notification and case status, nothing has changed. It still has the last updated status. I filed in October 2023. Last update was November 2023. Nebraska Center

Eb1C.. PD Dec 2023..I140 not approved??

hi All I have applied my I140 on Dec 2023.. still not approved yet.. any one waiting like this please.. any insight what is the current date going on? it been 19 months for Nebraska center

I received a notification from the application to say that there had been a change on my file finally, I don't see anything but as soon as I log on online, I see that the waiting time has increased again by six months each. Have you ever experienced this?

Hi All! it’s good to see folks who have PDs around two years ago from now is getting their green card. But seems like 2024 PDs will not have their cases sorted out in around two years time period. Those of you who explore all those calculations, would you mind sharing your thoughts on when May 2024 PDs might be current for filing and will get their GCs— tentatively. Thanks 🙏

I submitted the RFE to the Texas Service Center, and the system has been updated to show that the evidence was received. It’s been a week now, and I still haven’t heard anything. I submitted the i360 in January 2022. I just received a request for evidence two days ago. Has anyone else had the same experience or is experiencing it? I don't know what USCIS is asking for. My lawyer isn't telling me anything. #vawa #requestforevidence #i765 #i360 #i485 #i131

EAD within 60 days….

I called the USCIS contact center, as I got a job offer I really really want to accept. Have been awaiting decisions after biometrics in June. My husband could use the financial help now and I am starting to accumulate bills of my own. I called to ask if we could possibly expedite with financial need and my job offer letter. Due to my receipt number starting with MSC, I am unable to submit the request to expedite. The agent on the phone however was sweet, and continued to look at my file. She told me my case says I should receive the EAD card within 60 days. She also added notes to review EAD due to need and job offer. So let the 60 day count begin…

i485 denied without interview notice

Hi i got denied my i-485 because i didn't recieved my interview notice in mail neither it shows on my online account and because of that they denied my adjustment of status now i file a motion or appeal form i-290b and its still under process its been like 70days any idea what should i do ?

which month USCIS processing I-140 for EB1A under regular processing. In June 2025 I have seen approval of petition filed in February 2024 on social media. Any one got approval under regular processing next to February 2024.

Hey Fam, Just curious, my i-485 case file was transffered to NBC 5 days after VAWA approval. Do you think Rfe for medical is next? or interview scheduled? Do they normally transfer to local office for interview scheduling? your input please!

My timeline dated back to 2021 when I submitted my EB2-NIW ROW. It was denied and subsequently submitted another essentially the same EB2-NIW, which was approved. However, the priority date at the time would not become current before hitting the 6 year limit of my H1B (I am a researcher in science and technology). Other visas were not an option for me. I took a financial gamble by porting to EB1 and here I am. These last 5 years Lawfully and members kept me updated and my hopes high. I wish everyone the best of luck!
