@kkk kk My Form I-130, Petition, was filed on June 19, 2024, and has already been approved. I subsequently filed Form I-485, Application, along with Form I-765, on January 9, 2026. Both applications are currently still pending. I also completed my biometrics (fingerprint appointment) on February 2, 2026.

@Gurpreet Singh No, unfortunately there is still no update. The case is still being processed by USCIS. The previous email I received from them may have been a glitch.

everyone is getting this notification due to new uscis background vetting which went into place April 27th, so the new update saying this case is still being process is hitting users followed with the fta0 code in the api is simply your biometrics being reuploaded for the new background check system .Everyone got one after April 27 some on different days (mines was May 1st)
