me hace falta la aprobación de la i130
hola a todos hoy en la mañana revisando el caso , observo que mi I485 ya fue aprobada , pero aún está pendiente la I130 .. alguien sabe o le pasa algo similar ? que pasó debo seguir ? mi green card ya fue aprobada o debo esperar la aprobación del I130 ! gracias

My 1-485 Finally Made it to Feild Office, I’m hoping and praying for an approval this month. I took a big move of faith and submitted my Medicals Yesterday without RFE. Vawa was approved March 2023. The wait and anxiety is no joke. I’m manifesting an approval without an interview 🙏🏽.
I received rfe to send more evidence , and I did at 4 December, but I didn't send the taxes, cause it was still early for that, and still I don't have any answer, u think they will need taxes ?

hoy recibi mi Advanced Parole pero no me llego combocard y solicité combocard solo me llego el papel I-512 mi permiso de trabajo aun no llega pero tampoco se a actializado en esta app , a alguien mas le a pasado igual que le llega el Advance Parol primero y después el permiso de trabajo ??
Today I received my Advanced Parole but I did not receive a combocard and I requested a combocard. I only received the I-512 paper, my work permit has not yet arrived but it has not been updated in this app either, the same thing happened to someone else who received the Advance Parole First and then the work permit?
i130 finally approved. Received at Texas then changed to California. Now waiting for NVC PROCESS IN Mexico 🇲🇽 Ciudad Juárez. PD March 10th 2023 Approval Notice February 17th 2024.

Hi everyone, could you please help me with what does it mean? I have applied for my son, and it has been almost one month that I received this message and nothing more: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you."
My receipt number starts with IOE............., so with IOE, I am not sure which center my case is. I asked Emma, but I couldn't understand how I could ask the right question?
I appreciate it if you guys share with me your experiences.
