Hi guys, yesterday my progress shows "your case is taking longer than expect", It this normal? what does it mean? my case has only 2 month, im CR1 , in january I recieved the notification "your case is actively reviewed by uscis" what do you think?

hi good day everyone. please is there anyone here in UAE. please need to know if its necessary to translate my marriage certificate to english? i did my marriage in abu dhabi court. and the marriage certificate has both english and Arabic on both ends of the sheet. my worry is do i still need to translate it to english and submit to the USCIS?
