@yonatan ohana how company pulls approved H1B? did they report to uscis that you are no longer working with company or you change the status on i94 from H1B to EAD etc

they gave me from August 23 till November 17 to respond.
The company just notified uscis that you are no longer employed, you don’t have to do anything

wow rfe was exactly 180 days after filing too?! did you get laid off on aug 23, or did you negotiate to stay on payroll till then (to pass the 180 days mark)?

I got laid off on aug 14 (off the payroll, I got the notice before that ).
