RFIE for I-485
Hello did anyone got similar RFE? It is not clear what exactly they need:
“Any individual filing a request or any other document with USCIS must personally sign the request or document. No other person may sign a request or document on behalf of an individual filing a request with USCIS except when that individual is under 14 years of age or is mentally incompetent or is an incapacitated adult. A Form G-28 by itself does not authorize a representative to sign a request or other documents on the individual's behalf. USCIS Policy Memorandum 602-0134.1”
I would really appreciate if anyone could share your experience with similar RFEs.

I’ve been recently approved for my GC on Feb 21, I know there’s a margin of like a month to receive your GC by mail but has anyone received theirs after being approved in February?
if so how long did it take to arrive?
did it come in priority through USPS?
I know I’m just impatient but I also am curious to know what you have to say

Hi Everyone, My Interview for my N-400 is March 7th in Chicago, IL but still nothing about our I-751 its still pending. Could you please share you experiences and tips for my interview to go smother? I already studied and prepared for all the questions for both I-751 & N-400. Thank you!

hello guys, it’s been almost two weeks that I’ve been approved on i130. but my i485 moved from NBC to field office. is this a bad sign because I see people have been approved for concurrent filing at NBC.
please guys any info will help

April Final Action Date 2024
It's been 6 months since the new fiscal year has started. I mean it's been a long long while since June 2022 and it's been 2 years since June 2022 for the next June 2024. I think it's been a long long time. I hope they would make a big jump as everyone seems to be very tired of waiting. Vietnam counsel processing got 1,700 GC but we are already in the US but still not get approved. It's been pausing quite a long quite. I hope this new quarter gonna give us some hope. It gonna be so weird if they just move only 1 more months after half of the year going through.
Anyone knows why the Vietnam cousular processing got so many GC but we are in the US have to wait years for GC?
Inquiry Regarding EB2-NIW Visa Issuance at U.S. Embassy in Islamabad
I'd like to know if the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad issues visas under the EB2-NIW category. If so, what are the priority dates (PD) and the dates when cases are documentarily qualified (DQ)? Additionally, could you provide an update on the current situation regarding these visas?
