the last one I received was on 8/5/23 “your case is being actively reviewed”. Nothing else. Looks like they are approving the forst week of April now.

mine was sent to a non field office so hoping for a good news also i was told interview was waived

@K T @Eddie Pliego My PD is April 7, 2023 and I’ve started to see some movement on my case. Just had my first actively reviewing after having responded to a request for initial evidence more than 6 months ago. Yesterday I received a request for additional evidence on the i130. I mean, it’s good to see things are happening, but another request for evidence is just exhausting. I’m stressing out here wondering what it’s all about and hoping I can finally satisfy USCIS before I go crazy 😅

I can’t see anything in the notices section yet. My experience has been this doesn’t update for a few days so I might receive the notice in the mail before. My request for initial evidence was for the i485 - long form birth certificate. Would the request for additional evidence be related to this?

mine is Jan 21 2023 and still waiting it’s also from national benefit center :(
