almost there but man I can’t believe it’s going on 4 years now. I delayed the I-485 because I needed a legal entry into the US so I had to apply for Advanced Parole (AP) and that took long because I needed documents from my country of birth and the government there is not so nice 😞
I got a removal order when I was a kid. The judge approved my motion to reopen and rescinded my removal order but I am currently in removal proceedings. lawyer is working on sending a joint motion to terminate.
I filed the I-212 as a backup.
