From card production facilities. There are 2 facilities in the US. One is the NBC facility, which is in Missouri. The other one is in Kentucky.

@K Z so they work on Saturdays? I have 2 weeks break and just waiting for the card so that I can book my flight 😟hopefully I will get it within 2days, the EAD card arrived in 2 days after production

@lama l Not sure... I mean USPS works on Saturdays, but if USCIS doesn't work on weekends, then USPS probably can't pick up on Saturdays... Unless these two came to an agreement and USCIS would place the ready-to-ship cards at a certain spot for USPS to pick up on Saturdays. So I'm really not sure 🤔

i would wait to book flight i have seem on here that its taking up to 45 days to receive cards

usually takes two days to get delivered after the card has been picked up
