Admin Processing
went for my visa stamping in Dec,2022 in Bangkok. The visa officer informed that my case was put in Admin processing (Refused)and on March 03,2023 I was informed that my I 765 -A was sent back to USCIS for further consideration . Since then I have been in constant touch with embassy in Bangkok and they ask me to reach out USCIS for an update. When I call USCIS Emma(AI) disconnects my call as I don’t have an receipt number for interview.
kindly help if someone is in the same boat as me. what could be my next step to get my visa stamped.

when will the status change?
hats off to all of us who have been waiting for status updates and keep refreshing the app. we filed on 1-8-2024 for AOS, Ap and EAD with biometrics done on 2-8-2024, our date of filing was current and from April Final action date will also be current. no updates on anything yet. I was hoping to get EAD or combo card by now. we filed under EB1A (PD Dec 2020 ported from EB3). our friends filed u der EB1C AOS with june 2020 PD a week after us and got the AOS approved in like 40 days. Country of chargeability is India for us and our friends if that makes any difference.
I'm lost what is taking longer for us.
