I485 Approved!
I can finally say that my EB1A based green card petition was approved. Priority date porting really works! My EB1A PD is Sept 2022, and EB2 based PD is Nov 2020. Ny I485 receipt didnt include the previously retained PD, it showed Sept 2022. Based on April VB, my date was current (based on date porting). USCIS considered my previous date, and approved my petition. PD - Sept 2022 / Nov 2020 Nationality - Indian Category- EB1A EAD Approved - May 2023 AP Approved - Feb 2024 I485 Approved - May 2024. @another guy on visa I raised SR, sent another letter to uscis to request date porting, and congressman letter all within 2 weeks. maybe, you could try this

@ankit j You can ask emma chat for a Tier2 officer, or ask emma chat to create a SR. I dont know where the congressional letter was sent. My congressman sent that to uscis

@north west My I485 receipt had EB1A date (not ported date). I sought my congressman help to port the date when my previous PD became current.

@north west no, they didn't send an updated receipt. it was a direct approval.
