upgrade from F2 to IR1
hello everyone,
my hubby got his citizenship, and I want to upgrade from F2 to IR1. to those who have done theirs, what did you do differently to make it faster. how long did it take for uscis to upgrade and approve I-485. my I-130 was approved last year, just waiting on I-485.
I would like to hear everyone’s opinion. what did you do differently that made uscis upgrade your case faster and get it approved.

USC consular processing UK
I am a USC and filed the I-130 for my UK citizen husband. we currently live in the uk and will be going through consular processing. I have been a resident of the UK for nearly 10 years. hopefully sooner than later will get a approval. Then it is on to the next hard part… proving I have the intent to domicile in USA. Anyone else in a similar situation?

I have an interview on April 4th for N-400 and pending I-751. We couldn’t file our 2023 tax return yet with my wife due to one document still missing. Do you guys think USCIS would make this a problem or they would understand ? We have the last three years in order and no debts. Thanks all

I-131 Transferred to Nebraska
hello.
I petitioned my greencard after one year of approved asylum and my I-131.
I received a notification that my I-131 was transferred to Nebraska.
Does that mean my I-131 is in Nebraska and my Greencard petition in the NBC? or the whole case moved to Nebraska?
how long do you think it would be?

Iam really so much excited. after 428 days I got approved my I- 131 ( travel Documents). this is all goes to My Al-Mighty Allah❤️. Then my parents pray. Maybe Allah gave me a chance because there prayers and loves.
