JOB OFFER LETTER I-360 RELIGIOUS WORKERSONLY
Hi Guys, please help me out. I received this RFE. Is this a normal template they do send to everyone? And also for Medical.
“JOB OFFER LETTER I-360 RELIGIOUS WORKERSONLY
You must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent employer attesting to your offer of proposed employment. This letter should be written on the company's official letterhead and cite the date you will begin working, your proffered position and the offered salary or wage. A description of the position you currently hold for the company (if you are currently employed by the current petitioner) and the offered salary. This letter should be in the original and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition continue to exist.”

This is totally in order. I would assume the said letter was submitted with the application?
Or maybe they just want to confirm the job offer still stands 🤷🏽♀️

Is this RFE for I-360? or RFE for I-485 to approve? I never heard submitting a RFE for I-360 but offer letter is required when you submit I-360 application. If you have not submitted a offer letter. USCIS could ask for you to submit it.

Did you not submit your job offer letter when you applied? I don’t think they will ask you for it now if you already submitted at your application. So, which is the case?

@Nestor O, honestly I’m not sure if my Lawyer submitted it or not. but not a problem, I will submit the current one. I am getting approved this month. It’s already a 7-year journey. I’m testifying by force by fire. 😂 🙏🏾🔥

@Tee Jay I just got the exact same RFE for my I-485 petition so this seems to just be a normal thing. We should reply as soon as possible so that we can get our green card soon! Wishing you all the best!! Hare Krishna!

Are you keeping the same job that is sponsoring you? What I am saying is that if it is same sponsor when you submit I-360!

That is pretty normal for USCIS to ask for it again as an update, even if you submitted before.
