Case finally approved. it was originally in NBC, then moved to Chicago on 8th of march, got
March 15 - medical rfe
April 16th- response delivered
April 18th-response marked received
May 5- email update on uscis about an update in my case. checked the website to find 130 moved from case received to actively reviewing while a green ✅ and date change for rfe had appeared in 145
March 6- Got another email about an update on my case, checked uscis to find 145 approved. 2 hours later another email and this was for 130 approval.
I asked the congressman for help in getting EAD and I was able to receive it 3 weeks after.
after I got my EAD and social security number I got a job and went back to school which kept me busy and I did not have the time to worry about processing time.
Being busy helped a lot because before I was checking for every 20 minutes

@child of grace, I submitted pictures, financial transfers, visas of places we went together, kids birth certificates. we have never had joint bank account. we have joint property in my country but o didn’t submit that eveidence I was waiting to take it to the interview which was waived so I never did

@jiya p oh yes, I will advice anyone to contact their congressman man. contact contact contact. especially for EAD, as a resident non alien we have a higher tax bracket and the local government benefits from the taxes we pay
