please can anybody talk about 601 waiver ground of inadmissibility experience
I have submitted my waiver since 2021 may 29, in which I think am due for approval after 30months ,but up till now ,my status stays at 80% saying case is being actively reviewed by USCIS June 21 ,2022. any to know what will happen next or experience from someone in this house
EAD and E-verify
Can someone help me figure out what’s going on? I did a self check on the e-verify system and it says I’m authorized to work for any employer. however, I have not yet received my EAD approval. To be honest, I moved from my old address and it took me 3 months to file a change of address, but I monitor the online status everyday. Is the online status not updated frequently? or is there another reason e-verify is saying im authorized to work?
