I-485 Case Transferred
I reached out to USCIS customer service and asked about if any update in my case, the agent told me that my case was transferred to cleveland field office (i live in NJ) in 03/19/2024 (PD 11/03/2023) and they have waived the interview and not requested any additional information, has this happened to anyone and if so how long took to get the approval?

What did you ask to get those information? When I tried to talk to them, they said I cannot ask any questions about the case

I just asked if there’s any updates about my case, then they proceeded to give me that information.
