withdraw
hey if a us citizen spouse withdraw services from the lawyer who represents the case behind ur back just after submitting evidence and medical to uscis , but did not withdraw the i130 or i485, this is something to worry about,?? scared he might write to uscis telling him he don’t wish to continue as well.
mind you he’s very abusing physically most of the time..
is it easy to get to immigration if contact by there number on google?

my priority date became current again in the January visa bulletin after a long time. However, when I check the case status, it still shows 'temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you.'
My pd is ok in limits but case status stucked in paused. Will it be automatically reprocessed?

Expedite to NVC
Hello guys, my husband did chatted Emma like 13 days ago was trying to make our expedite because our case of i-130 already approved 6 months ago but they still didnt send our case to NVC because our form of i-824 needs 12 months since it sent to texas service center.
We got the email replied from USCIS that they confirmed our expedite based on what my husband said on the chat through Emma. But the email says 'no reply'.
So, we wait another email from uscis to give us any requirement or evidence they need for the expedite request. They said, usually it will comes after 72 hours, but its already 11 days and we didnt get any email from uscis about evidence request.
Anyone maybe has same experience?
What we should do about it?
Do we need to wait until we got the answer from uscis or we can just apply another expedite even the last one didnt get any answer yet?

Im US citizen and applied for my wife back on October last year , my estimate time when we applied was five months up to last week when we recheck on the case, changed from two weeks waiting to another five months and I haven’t hear anything from immigration. They did not even make a decision about my case if it’s approved or not so any, anyone have a clue or an advice what could cause that or what is the timeframe? We have to wait before we hear something from immigration.

Hello,
I received this morning 4/20 10:15am an email from USCIS with the information:
„We have taken an action on your case. Sign in to your account to view your case status“
I signed in (same day 6:40pm) but unfortunately no updates. I checked the documents tab and all open cases (I-765, I-131, I-485, I-130) but nothing changed. Has anyone experienced something similar before?
