Hi Guys. As per Lawfully app analysis, I have 41 similar cases in this app, let see if someone has any update to share.
My PD is Oct 2022, My case moved from Nebraska to NBC on 27th Feb and no more news until now. Please share if anyone have with similar dates have any update. Approved, RFE, or Interview etc.
Day 919 was the lucky day
This was a long journey but I couldn’t be happier right now. Started with consular processing back in 2018 while we were living in my home country but ended up moving to the US during COVID to be closer to my husband’s family. Filed for AOS in Sep 2021 from here. There was no movement on the case after my biometrics in Feb 2022 but recieved a standalone EAD then AP later that year. We also moved to a different state (Minneapolis FO to Houston FO). Reached out to USCIS as soon as the case was outside of the normal processing time in Aug 2023 but nothing happened besides getting a generic response asking us to wait patiently. This January we reached out to a congressman and within 2 days (!!) he contacted USCIS and we got the “actively reviewing” status. Our interview was waived and got an RFE for medicals (we sent in one before the courtesy letter even arrived following our lawyer’s advice but it expired in the meantime). Medicals were received by USCIS last Friday, case updated to the 3rd “actively reviewing” status yesterday and the case was approved this morning. 32 months of waiting (out of the normal processing time of 16 for our FO) but we only care about the future from now on. Thank you for this great community for giving us hope when we most needed and I wish for all of you to have your approval day to arrive very very soon!

I am a child under 21 (at least i was at the time of filing) of permanent resident, and waiting for approval in my homecountry
my mother filed my case in november 2022, and since then there wasn’t any updates. Since then i aged out but i guess i’m protected by CSPA, though i learned i need to wait for my date to show up on visa bulletin before any decision from uscis. I looked it up and logically final decision date for my case will be available approximately in the fall of this year. I’d like to hear anyones thought on this!
