what was your reason for expedite if you don’t mind sharing??

I’ve never heard of USCIS calling. usually they either send a letter or sometimes email, but I suppose idk everything. our lawyer put it an expedite request for our I-485 because USCIS made errors that delayed our case and they approved the case within a few days. they didn’t call/email us or send a letter about discussing the RFE specifically tho. just approved the case

how do you expedite your case please help?

it happened to me last year when I tried to expedite my I-131 and I can’t answer the call and they never called me again so I tried to do expedite again for the second time and make sure answer their call. they will notify you which number they will use to call, good luck !

@Grateful to God yes they called, wondering what they want. I did a expedite for my EAD and it worked, they never called before

my kids can not come here because my greencard is not yet out. my husband adopted my kids and everything was done they are using my husband name. 15 and 12 years. it's now 2 and half years since I saw them. it is draining me alot

@T A they scheduled me to go to FO and told me to bring supporting documents for my expedite process

i got approved then they told me to wait few days for the document to arrive at my house
