1200 days . 5 PF PDMay 2022
Any Vawa approval for May 2022? It's been 1,200 days of waiting. I'm also considering filing a petition through my daughter, who is an American citizen, and the I-130 is faster in processing time. My lawyer said that waiting for Vawa approval take another year for the I-485 approval... such a long wait :(

In these situations, you may receive your appointment notice more than 30 days after submitting your application or petition.
frustrated again….
I posted this message at the end of July, and guess what. the same thing JUST happened to me for the second time, exactly the same way, last night. yesterday my progress said “two weeks” and then last night it jumped back to “two months.”. I just wish I knew what was actually going on.
I'm at a point of sheer frustration, exhaustion, and confusion. When I first filed the I-130 in March 2024 for my husband, my timeline was four weeks. then it changed to six months. September came and went. then it changed to "taking longer than normal but still within processing time" until last month. then it was finally updated to 4 weeks. every week since then it dropped to 3 weeks, 2 weeks. I'm entering my final week and checked this morning, and it was updated to two months. I'm practically in tears from the lack of understanding. people are being approved who applied way after me. I'm tired of having "hope" and reading about "trusting God." these processes are broken and not logical and no amount of hope or faith can justify or appease this lack of logic. #frustrated
can employer petitioned niw i140 still be used for 485 after leaving the company?
can employer petitioned niw i140 still be used for 485 after leaving the company? I know niw is not tied to the position. But I am not sure if there is any restriction if I left the company already. Can I still use it to submit 485?
I-485 June 2025 filers
Hi all,
I filed my I-140 on Aug 28, 2023 (Nebraska SC) and I-765/I-131/I-485 on Jun 13, 2025 (NBC).
Has anyone with a similar timeline received their I-485 approval or at least EAD approval? Any predictions on when these cases might be approved?
Thanks for any insights!
