41 days since I didn't my 485 interview, never heard from them.

Frustrating as hell, 41 days since I did my greencard interview no update....Vawa was approved last year August

I’ve seen a lot of people talking about this. how does it work? how do you sign up? is it legal? lmao.

My I-765 it is expire on first week on July. I submitted for renewal 4 month ago. From your experience will they renew my I-765 or what else do I have to do?

We have taken an action to your case

I received an email from USCIS saying "We have taken an action to your case" but when I checked online, there's no changes at all. My status is still saying "Case is received and receipt notice was sent". Some people saying that when they get that email, they get approved few days after but it's been 2 weeks and no changes at all. Anyone have the same experience? I filled my I-130 on April 12,2024 , while I was a green card holder . few months later , I became us citizen and contacted Uscis to upgrade ! can I expect my case to be processed as if I were USC?
