Advice for F2A inside US timeline
Hi everyone,
I’d like to ask for advice and timelines from anyone who has a similar case (F2A – unmarried child under 21 adjusting status inside the U.S.). My timeline is
I130 filed: December 8, 2023
I485 filed: July 3,2025
I already attended the biometric appointment on July 31,2025. Last time, I checked the progress in USCIS, the step 3-interview was completed since I haven’t received any interview requirement notice from USCIS
Today, I had the notification from USCIS about my I130 has approved recently. I have a question. How long after your I-130 approval did your I-485 get approved?
Any similar timelines or experiences would be very helpful.

abuse spouse dead
I contacted my lawyer about the dead abused spouse and she said we are going to update the vawa case by sending death certificate and some documents she sent to them bfr with writing documents to uscis to informed them about his death.i dont knw if anyone have the issue bfr and also solution.thanks everyone

Today is my birthday and I got really strange messages form case tracker.
My case was not approved, denied or anything like that either. I just sent RFE request to USCIS on time and couple weeks later it’s happened. I am confused 🤔

I’m asking this for a friend who filed Wawa .
it been 5 months she filled without receipt but when I ask, wether she paid application fees for I-485 she said no. on my current search it says vawa filling concurrently don’t need to pay for any of the applications . Parol, EAd, vawa, adjustment of status? she also has 3 kids under 15.
I filled my vawa at 2021 and may not have the current information to advice her accordingly.
can anyone here accurately advice if there is a fees for form I-845 . and kids? currently and if USCIS Currently do not accept money order when filling manually per what I read from the site or not.?

I’ve mentioned this before but I got an email on July 8th 2025 of this year saying that the documents for my wife have been received and accepted by NVC. They said they are working with the US consulate on setting up an interview. Do you guys know how long that usually takes to schedule an actual interview DATE? It’s been 5 months now. Is this common?
EAD Renewal
Hi dears,
I have filled for EAD renewal and my receipt date is March 6 2025. I haven’t received any decision from uscis. my service center is Nebraska. I have made an inquiry thorough local congress men but got reply as doing additional review and cannot give any time frame on it from uscis. please share thoughts on how to expedite that case. I have to travel out of USA soon. without the EAD I cannot do that.
EB1-C no update since over 1.5yars
I submitted I-485 and I-140 concurrently back in April 2024. The I-140 has been approved in 2 months with PP while the I-485 has been pending since then with no update since biometrics in May 2024. This is insane!

Hi All, ill have my marriage based GC for almost 3 years next month where I can apply for my citizenship. with everything going on, anyone have any experience lately with having a record (DUI from almost 12 years ago) and it going smoothly with interview etc? my BIL just had his interview and is waiting on his oath ceremony but he doesnt have a record.
