Hi all,
I got status update from my congressman that an RFE is issued on 5/30/2024 from the field office, new mexico. the case tracker didn't even updated and I still haven't received the rfe yet. my VAWA is approved on 02/09/2024
my question is how long does it to receive the rfe to my lawyer and what could be the RFE about.

Hello everyone I want to share with you my experience using advance parole on paper. I traveled to Nicaragua and on the way back I was a little afraid when entering Miami again, but the truth is the process was easy and calm, the officers were very good to me And I was always accompanied by my wife. They just gave me a second inspection in a waiting room and then they called me by my name and the officer just checked my documents and asked me for my address and then he told me that I could go free. ..The document is very reliable 👍. For those who are afraid to use it
