U Visa(Victim of crime)
I will like to know if 204(c) apply to U visa. I was barred due to my previous wife statement and sworn affidavit. am married now for 7 years and my current wife file for me which was denied. if I apply for U visa with the current police report I have. I am planning to apply for U Visa and I am worried if 204(c) will affect my application

Response to RFE still pending since January 2024
Request for Evidence still pending since January 2024 and we were told that our case was moved from the National Benefits Centre to Louisville Kentucky on April 11th 2024. Can I expect to see a timeline adjustment from the USCIS in regard to the request for evidence which was completed in January 2024? It’s been 4 months since we have heard anything and it’s quite frustrating not knowing where we stand when we filed in August 2023.

Greencard Approval Timeline
Hey everyone, I just wanna share my timeline cause seeing people getting done really fast gave me so much hope to have mine get done very fast as well… and it did even though I had an initial RFE for medical exam cause I waited until the flu season was over. I hope that the people’s cases who have been in this process for years are also finally finding a resolution soon! I know it’s super hard and I’ve been on many work visas for many years, had work visas being cancelled during Covid because my agencies were shutting down and hurry to get new ones during total lockdown and also had to withdraw an EB1 petition a couple years ago where I lost all the money on that etc. so even though this was fast it wasn’t easy at all! But so grateful it’s done! Everyone’s journey is different in immigration but I’m wishing you all the best and thanks for this good community and trying to help with valuable Infos!

WAITING
this waiting is killing me and just puts a lot of stress even if we don’t pay attention much. I honestly feel really happy seeing approvals of others everyday and that’s what gives me hope and patience when I feel like giving up. To everyone who received their approval CONGRATULATIONS AND MAKE THE BEST OF IT, BE KIND AND GRATEFUL. To those who are still waiting and been waiting DONT LOSE FAITH, YOU ARE NOT ALONE AND ALWAYS KEEP FAITH IN GOD. PRAY AND MANIFEST EVERYTHING IN THE NAME OF GOD.
