I didn't send my medical exam along with the process, did anyone do that too?
I'm so tired of waiting and seeing the graphs and the number of denials is so high, my lawyer advised me to wait for the RFE of the medical exam, could this have delayed the response from the RFE?

Your i-140 is still pending. medicals is related to i-485 which can only start once i-140 is approved.

It’s weird that even after responding to RFE in Nov 2023 your I140 is pending still. I think you should contact congressman.
