you can type it in your browser ask emma uscis. Once you click it should take you to the general site and emma will be in the top right corner just click the box that says need help ask emma.

you can ask emma general questions or ask to soeak with a live agent

go on the website and if you’re on a computer scroll down and the icon will pop up on the right side of the screen. click on that and type live agent and then select green card and then say live agent again or select live agent until they FINALLY connect you to a person. good luck @bona bona

@bona bona don’t worry about Ema 800-375-5283 when you call the answer machine going to say how can I help you, just say ( info pass appointment), it will transfer your call to uscis agent

Keep asking "Live agent" over and over until you get connecged to an agent
