Petition I -130 for green card Spouse, pd 09/28/2020
I filled the petition for my spouse back in 09/28/2020. The case is currently on its 45 month of processing at Texas Service Center. The estimated time for this case is 33 months , however they do not allow us to inquire until July 29.
We have waited for 45 months, and this is unfair and inhumane. Does anyone know of any organizations (for humans right) or anyone that can help us expedite?

hello everyone. any case same with me? I applied April 8,2022 for my husband but I was green card holder. no update yet even second reviewing. I just applied for US citizenship this month hopefully it will help expedite it🥹🥹🥹

so I filed in March 24 and spoke to Emma about my case as I know 2 friends who also filed not long before me and they were approved with there green card
Emma said my interview has been waived and that it’s still at NBC.. anyone any experience with this or anyone filed around the same time been approved because I’m not seeing any updates via email text or on the USCIS website
