Lost I-765 application , EB2-NIW
Has anyone had an experience where USCIS lost your application package? I submitted my EAD application on 4/1/24 and was delivered to TSC on 4/4/24 and I never received a receipt. Called USCIS on Friday and they said they cannot find that application on their system. They asked me to submit a new application which I did and now I wait. Has anyone been in this situation?
