To God be all the glory and praise🎉🎊I got my green card approval yesterday after waiting for 750days
My case was a special case because I had lost my F1 student status unintentionally for over 12years but God did it miraculously! He is indeed a marvelous and awesome God! Thank You Father Thank You God Thank You Jesus 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you everyone for how you have encouraged me one way or the other on this platform. If you think you have a difficult and impossible case just know that WITH GOD NOTHING SHALL BE IMPOSSIBLE and follow His directions and guidiance. Priority date- June 2022 ROW Block -SRC2290****** RFE was for *medicals- old one expired If you have RFE sent to you please respond to it promptly as you can still be approved despite the retrogression. Be encouraged❤️

@Yas I Thank you! They asked for questions about my employment ( where are you working? paystubs? your employment letter?..) My school ( where did you go to school? copy of diploma certificate? ..) I gave him my I-485J as well.. The main inquiry was to clarify my f1 status. The kind of officer one gets is important. I knew I had hope after my interview with the officer.

congratulations 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 dear friends I heard that restogretion period is going on that means no buddy get approval before 1st October in EB3 and EB2 bur this approval in on 3rd July I'm very happy means approval possiblity is there ??????

Congratulations 🎊 @G V : I am so happy for you. There are a few things I would want you to clarify for those of us in a similar situation as you in order for us to get some encouragement. I fell out of F1 status as well 3 months after entering the US. About 7 months after, I filed for asylum, which has remained pending since then. 5 years after entering the US, I filed for I-140 and got approved(priority date Jan 2023). I have applied for adjustment of status (I-485) since February 2024 and alot of people here have said it is not possible to get approved because l lost my status and asylum isn't a status. please, I will appreciate if you can help clarify if this was exactly your situation as well.
