I spoke to a live agent today, and was told that my case is under review( not actively being reviewed) has anyone gotten that response, and what was the next step that took place after that? does anyone know what it means ?

GC finally approved
There was no interview. Got two RFE. One for form I-864 and recent one for notarized affidavits, photographs, utility bills, bank statements from the time of marriage till now. I ended up making scrapbook/photo montage proving our relationship. Finally got conditionally approved on August 3rd. Don’t lose hope and good luck. #marriagebasedGC #conditionalGC

My i-485 status just got updated. I am unsure of it's good or bad. Anyone?

hello everybody ,our I-140 was submitted May 2024( Nebraska ) and my I-1485 was submitted July 2024. both are pending.we have our finger print scheduled for next week. are this time line still fine ? is there anything I need to do ?
I am thinking to upgrade my I-140 to premium ( but do not have the fund currently) does anyone know how to navigate this situation?
