yup. i130 approved two weeks ago. RFE for i485 sent and received over a month ago

Our approvals will come. It’s hard and isn’t fun, but I have faith it’s coming soon

dont lose hope! my i130 was approved 10/24/23 and my GC was just approved July 31 patience is key!

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 I was wondering if our cases ever get approved while we're vacationing out of the country. I'm going to ask my lawyer to send me my green card by DHL lol

@cloclo 92 someone else had an RFE for their i94 for when they got back to the country. the 485 was not approved because they knew she was out of country. I also read that your 131 isn’t invalid until your green card is marked as delivered. so that gives you time to get home as well. anyways that’s a problem I hope I have lol

Ask your spouse to contact the congressman from your state on your immigration case. You guys can do this going on your congressmans website and sending it a message. This helps a lot!! Your spouse can also go to the White House website and do the same thing. My husband did this and helped my case. Good luck, God bless you!!
