I did, I sent a psychological evaluation, a letter from my doctor saying she gave me depression pills because of my house problems, and a letter from my therapist were she only stated I was on therapy and put the dates I has been on therapy, also a letter from my daughter and a letter from my friend that know the situation in my home.

@nancy silva please how much did it cost you to get a psychological evaluation and does it matter if the report has to Be in the state you filed or if can be from any place. kindly advise.

I suffered psychological abuse and submitted a psychological report from my therapist in my country and also a report from a licensed therapist here. I also sent witness letters, medical reports of a miscarriage, and photos together.
