Can anyone answer me why my case hasn't done yet !!!
I apply my greencard to AOS from the restaurant since 2016. And it approved I-140 on Dec,2018. But my lawyer mess up my case with the other and told me about typically error. After that she told the officer and resend the right one to the USCIS in July,2018. They got it and will redo it again. I don't get anything until now. How can I do with USCIS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ANSWER

case ready for interview and transferred to field office
i filed 485, did bio mterics, got medical rfe, submitted, it was received by them and then after a month - case status changed that ready for interview and transferred to local field office, which will be SJ, CA for me.
any timelines how long will it take now?
