Oh wow! My PD is July 2022, filed my I-485 in Dec 2023 and had my RFE too. Hoping to get my approval very soon, God willing.

@Jun Park Did you get green card before current priority? if so, you might have problem. I also have the same problem and talking with lawyer right now.

@Jun Park have you received the physical copy? mine was approved on august 14 and still no sign of mailed.

@Jun Park did you respond to them regarding the RFE or once you came the approved it without? if you respond what is the timeline between the response and approval

@Raj 123 Congrats on you approval, my status changed to card was mailed after 5 days. But no tracking number was shown, nor the card has arrived. @Oz taha It was approved right before sending RFE. So I'm kinda wondering if it's mistake or not. Just waiting for actual card to be arrived.

@Jun Park I also get a physical card already. My lawyer said we might still have risk. He is digging into some information more.

@Jun Park I think you get GC now. but your lawyer said your green card is produced correctly? even I get GC, I am still worried about it.
