Hi guys
I have a friend who just received her greencard a week ago, she's about to get married to a guy who recently got divorced. The question is, is it okay for her to file for the guy after marriage in like 2weeks?

The case missing a lot of information but to make it short, even though there is no law to when as to get married, it's not prudent for a newly GC holder to quickly marries. Especially since the other party just divorced. My advice is to wait like a year or two before engaging un something. Good luck
