Can anyone answer me why my case hasn't done yet !!!
I apply my greencard to AOS from the restaurant since 2016. And it approved I-140 on Dec,2018. But my lawyer mess up my case with the other and told me about typically error. After that she told the officer and resend the right one to the USCIS in July,2018. They got it and will redo it again. I don't get anything until now. How can I do with USCIS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ANSWER

bro ur question is not clear, explain in details whats going on with ur case so that we can provide our input. He said, she said shit will be thrown out of window when shit hits the fan, let us know what paper trail you got and I will provide my input.

Thanks GC. I just come back to this apps. It's so complicated about my case becase the lawyer company didn't tell me the truth. They told me typically error but it 's more than that. They mess up the paper with another person. My file has the other person paper,too. That made me to resend all the new paper and look like to start over again until now.
