Change of address
Hello,
I moved to a different state after working for my employer for more than a year. I have talked to my employer and they are willing to keep my employment active so that If i get an interview notice, i could go back and work for them.
However, I do have one question, Since I have moved to a different state now, Can I do a skilled job? If i do a skilled job here in a different state while my employment is active in another state will that create any problem?
My I765 file gets approved
I applied for a green card through marriage 150 days ago. They rejected my work permit application and sent it back because I made a mistake in my work permit file. Then I sent it again and this time it was rejected because of the payment method. I didn't get tired of it and sent it again. And this time my work permit was approved after 30 days. However, there is still no progress in my other files.

Good day everyone, I filed I-130 for my spouse in London on September 29 2023 and case went into been actively reviewed October 29 2023 but no news since then, our center is California. I have uploaded lots of evidence but not hear from them. Any suggestion? Anyone getting approved yet from September of 2023California center?

I surprised I thought my case in Missouri (MSC)
but I didn't see any update when I check my online status

Hi everbody,
I need your help with one thing. I filed my wife’s application on April 12, 2023, and received a notification that our case was being actively reviewed on October 7, 2023. My question is, do I need to wait for the Visa Bulletin to become current? I see that it is currently at November 15, 2021. If so, what are the chances that it will become current soon?
I reached out my congresswoman and they said they can’t expedite this because it’s not current. I’m confused.
