I applied for I 485 like 11 month ago base refugee
and I got msc case number
so yesterday I asked Emma he told me that my case in Sacramento filed office
I surprised I thought my case in Missouri (MSC)
but I didn't see any update when I check my online status
I think they moved to Sacramento and I also living in Los Angeles I applied from la
is that good that they move my case to Sacramento ??

Cases are transferred throughout the country to decrease the workload in NBC and to process applications faster . It don’t matter where you live, if they need an interview, then they’re going to move it the case to the field office closest to your address otherwise they just randomly moved to any field office .
Good thing is that if you already submitted your medical with your 485 application, it will going to approve much faster. If don’t, then you are going to get RFE for the medical soon. Good luck.
