Hello guys I had my OATH CEREMONY today in NYC.
it was quick from 9AM to 11:30.
I get my naturalization certificate however they did not have my photo on the certificate; I had to go take passport photo and give to them.
They put my photo on my certificate 🎉🎉🎉
It was great experience.

hey everyone, how come it’s almost been a year and we haven’t had any updates? my wife and I are anxious thinking something is wrong because our case still says “case recieved and receipt notice was sent” Is this normal? when it it change to actively reviewing, we did send our forms in on paper, is this the reason why?

my ead come expire and no social come with it ! i hv big issue to accomplish my goal,cant work cant hv a social security can’t do anything while u almost spend 2 years in the country u still useles😔
i been to the us October 15 appliied for tps and ead ! they send to u 18 months after filled it when u received them it’s about to expire and u can’t even refill it bcz u dont a social! u went to social office the wont donit bcz u ead its almost expired u can’t do none im asking for help

I have two approved I-140 , one in Eb-3 category
Other one is EB-2 NIW.
My priority date is 17 dec 2021 for both I-140.
I have a pending I-485 since 18 Dec 2022 based on my EB-3 petition.
My NIW approved recently with the older priority date.
Last year when I started working for my EB-3 sponsoring company, as I was using my EAD, I had to drop my F-1 too.
I have two query, would I be able to transfer the underlying basis of the I-485?
Or I can file a new i-485 ?
I am planning to get married soon. How would I add my spouse after marriage?
