EAD Card with Prima Facie
Good morning everyone, quick question, I was told by an immigration consultant that one is able to file EAD if a person has a Prima Facie notice, how true is this? I’ve never heard this before. Once again I didn’t file EAD or AP because my spouse is a green card holder neither did I file I-485! Is it that I’ll just have to wait for VAWA to be approved before getting my EAD card or can I apply for it with a Prima Facie??

my wife is sponsoring me for my gc. I am currently in process to get the permanent one.
we are moving addresses. besides filling out the ar11 address change online for me and mailing the i865 for my wife as sponsor - is there anything else I need to do?

Today i received 2 emails stating that an action has been taken on my case, when i checked documents tabs there were the approvals, hope everyone here get approved soon, Blessings!!!
