@Sal 25 :I feel you , mine makes me exhausted too. what they are doing 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I have been waiting for 8 months to get rfe for my medical, nothing shows in my online status and nothing comes by mail to me , suddenly last day of rfe , call center person said your rfe expired today .

@Thank you Lord you have done it again : I did that on Friday and mailed by overnight mail, also I got another copy of medical and kept it in case. I called uscis on September 30 around 4:30 pm , agent said today last day of medical rfe , I got crazy. how come during these wait time nothing mentioned on my inquiries and tier two person didn’t tell me any . I didn’t have any thing for rfe on my online account and not received any mail .however they couldn’t find any information about rfe . I sent my medical, on Monday they will have it. But not sure they will accept it or no . I assume where they sent my RFE , my address never changed, on September 26 I get my EAD card by post , it means they have my address currently . you should keep calling they

maybe one more month? hopefully sooner.

Sal 25: I think you are very close to the approval…mine was two months after they received my RFE (it was also for abuse and shared residence…)

@Hope Hope sorry to hear that the same thing happened to me I had to pay a lawyer 3k to reopen my case after they denied it cause they said they send me a rfe which is I never received and any update on the web site and I feel like the same thing Gonna happen again to me cause they send me a another rfe I answered since 30 days no response no update I call I put a request nothing they said 60 days and after 60 days my case supposed to denied again 🤦‍♂️😭

@Mr uscis blog : how many months did you wait , than they sent you deny letter? my case isn’t deny yet , I mailed them my medical form , they will get it on Monday. hoping they accept it . I don’t want stress myself.

@Mr uscis blog :yes everyone case is different, I did whatever I can to do since from September 30 which I noticed uscis sent me a rfe , but I didn’t get it , no status update. Hopefully: Tier two officer calls me before case officially deny.

@Hope Hope fact keep your calm don’t stress yourself like I’m doing right now after that will not able to enjoy the benefits of the GC do all is in your power after that relax let God do his Job
