Update
I applied for VAWA back in September 2021, sending a full package to USCIS that included a work permit, travel document, and green card application. I received my first work permit in 2022, which expired in 2024. So far, I've received three prima facie determinations and no Requests for Evidence (RFE). I have traveled to my home country four times without any issues returning. I submitted a renewal application for my work permit and travel document in January 2024, and only the work permit was approved today. My VAWA case remains pending. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Please share your story.

About Pending Green Card Application
Hi Lawfully family I have question regarding Pending green card application.. On April 2022 we applied for our case my spouse was green card holder that time , but this year January 2024 he become US Citizen now and we update our case as well.. until now we haven’t heard anything from USCIS. I reach our city congressman and they ask USCIS regarding our case and they said my priority date is not current what does that mean .. ??

I know the count down on the app is not accurate but dam it gives a lil hope too the ones that have been waiting longer then a yr 15 months to be exact today I went back up to 15 months this is depressing 🙂↕️ that’s why when I see ppl who only wait 3-4 months and post FINALLY after waiting so long !! makes me upset you don’t know what waiting is and you can come for me all you want on this

I had my i485 filled as eb3. I had been waiting for 3 yrs now. Then I got married to USC and my case got approved in 4 month without interview.
Hang on guys ur day will come as well!!
