hello everybody ,our I-140 was submitted May 2024( Nebraska ) and my I-1485 was submitted July 2024. both are pending.we have our finger print scheduled for next week. are this time line still fine ? is there anything I need to do ? I am thinking to upgrade my I-140 to premium ( but do not have the fund currently) does anyone know how to navigate this situation?
