Sending an inquiry š§ about I 765
Hi, I applied I believe 207 days ago. My receipt date is March 15 and did my biometrics on April 6. I have no criminal background. I still have not received my I 765. My inquiry date for when I am past normal processing time is October 22nd. I am wondering if others have had luck when sending an inquiry. I am waiting to launch my business and I am waiting a long time based on what I see happening to others who apply.

i think a lot of people applied in march before the fees increased in april 2024. we had to change my wife's name on her EAD so we applied i765 (for the second time) in march, too. we didn't recieve the new EAD until last month so it took march - september. I think there's a lot of backlog right now. definitely inquire

I am same March and no EAD yet,I think itās backlogged because I donāt have any criminal records too and this is really frustrating. I see people who applied late July already received theirs. I pray we all get that approval soon.

I have the same issue but with my AP , i received my EAD separate and i filled it together
