Sharing a tool that'll make life easy to travel with Refugee Travel Document
Hey everyone,
My trip with the refugee travel document was not the smoothest like everyones since it is quite a pain to go through check-in etc. not only did they always think I needed a visa everywhere, they even weren't sure I could return to the US with that document so Rule 1: Go to the airport early!
Secondly, I've worked as an immigration paralegal for many years and have created a community where I'll be sharing the link of the tool #airlineemployees use to check if you need a visa. That's a lifesaver when you go to check in and wherever you meet any issues but also when you are in doubt.

situation
can my father come as a tourist to my graduation l, I have an approved 360 and sent medical for I485.
I am just concerned if this will impact my 485, it been like 60 days since I apply for medical and I sent 865 W, so I said it won’t hurt if he apply but I am concerned.
I want to apply for him is that fine he can just visit and comeback after the graduation next year.
I-130 for children
I am a citizen and I submitted I-130 for my 4 children and wife P.D April 19 2023 service center Texas I received the approval of my wife June 28 2024 but none of my children and a USCIS agent told me that service center Nebraska reviewed it on August 2 2024 but it doesn't appear to me a second review that's good?

Hola quiero compartirles mi secuencia hasta la fecha por si alguien está en espera de aprobación de su I130 sepa más o menos como van las cosas
mi fecha de prioridad es 08 June 2023
revisaron mi caso dos veces 11 July 2023 y 18 July 2024
el 26 de July 2024 ya tenía mi aprobación en la sección de documentos de my perfil on uscis but yo no sabía porque todavía esta aplicación no me había avisado. luego el 30 de julio me enviaron notificación y entré a mi perfil de uscis y ahí estaba mi carta de aprobación . el 01 de agosto enviaron el caso a nvc y hoy me enviaron los accesos para empezar el proceso de la documentación de los 6 pasos y pago de tarifas ds160 .
todavía no tengo todos los documentos que se necesita pero esta semana los completo si Dios lo permite .
Les doy esta información porque yo también estuve en la línea de espera y se que es difícil y frustrante no saber cómo van los tiempos realmente. confíen en Dios , oren mucho y espero que les sirva de algo mi secuencia .

Trying to expedite my I-131 case and have submitted a call back for an interview. I received a service item # and I was wondering how long it could take before I get an interview with an in-person officer, once an USCIS agent from Tier 2 calls me back? My date to travel is scheduled for September 12th 2024.
