Anyone in the same boat? EB3 skilled India
hello.. looking for some hope.
PD -Feb 2010
EB3 India.
140, 765, 130 and 485 filed concurrently - June 2023 with medicals
biometrics done July 2023 and applied to all cases.
working directly for a bank since last 7 years.
received approvals on 140 and 765 in Sep 2023.
130 remains pending since filing..
485 moved to NBC in Dec 2023. 4 weeks ago status changed to CRP as visa numbers were exhausted for current year but now it should be approved right?
will my case be approved soon? will it be sent back to FO? I thought NBC can adjudicate themselves?
Are people in my scenario getting interview calls? no red flags. clean employment and no unlawful status ever.

@Ash B From my knowledge, case remains pending means your case is approvable but there is no visa available. I guess your case will be approved without an interview. From the datapoints I've seen, approval could take anywhere between days to months depending on how busy the USCIS office is and whether if the final action date retrogresses or not. If you have a compelling reason, you could consider submitting an expedite request (e.g. via your local congressman).
