decision after rfe for a birth certificate.
Hi all, we submitted our response to RFE in last week of July and got a receipt notification on Aug 6th. the rfe was about birth certificate even though we had submitted during the initial application. I wanted to ask how long does it take for a final decision? my case was transferred from Texas to NBC and NBC asked for a birth certificate.

I woke up this morning and saw that USCIS had taken an action, and when I logged into my USCIS account, it said “Case approved” 🥳🎆🎇😁💃🏻🕺 (I-130 got approved the day before). What a relief!

I always check online the process time and the most information I can get online. now I check the processing time for a petition and change form 14.4 to 15 months. that’s for new petitions of for us. my priority date is
July 3 2023 and so stress already I want my family together
Why no EAD yet???
Completely no movement. What's going on? Any March applicant without EAD here?
